EZCRA ("we", "us", "our") is a brand of MAPINNO LIMITED, Room 1706, Kowloon Plaza, 485 Castle Peak Road, Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong. This policy explains what personal information we collect through ezcra.com, our Instagram account (@ezcra.store), and our promotions, and how we use it.

• Information you give us directly: your name and email address (for example when you enter a giveaway through our entry form or subscribe to updates); your Instagram username if you interact with our account; and, if you win a prize, the shipping address and contact details needed to send it.

• Information collected automatically: basic website analytics such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate region. We do not use this to identify you personally.

• Information from platforms: when you comment on, message, or interact with our Instagram content, Instagram provides us your public username and the content of your message, subject to Instagram's own policies.

3. How we use it

• administer promotions and giveaways, including selecting and notifying winners and delivering prizes and promotional codes;

• respond to your questions and messages;

• send marketing emails only where you have agreed to receive them — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email;

We keep giveaway entry information for up to 12 months after the promotion ends (to administer the promotion, respond to winner-list requests, and resolve any disputes), and marketing contact details until you unsubscribe.

6. Children's privacy

Our products are made for children, but our website, social accounts, and promotions are directed to parents and other adults — not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Entrants to our promotions must be 18 or older. Please do not submit any personal information about a child.
